TERMS OF SALE
Terms of Sale
LAST UPDATED 25 AUGUST 2026
These terms apply when you buy from LumaCraft Kits. Placing an order means you accept them, so they are written to be read — plain language, no traps, and specific about the two things people actually get caught by: what a made-to-order jersey means for delivery time, and why a personalised jersey cannot be returned.
They sit alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie & Tracking Policy.
Who you are buying from
LumaCraft Kits, operating from Maseno, Kisumu County, Kenya. We sell premium replica football jerseys — Kenyan Premier League clubs and major European clubs — with optional name and number printing. You can reach us at support@lumacraftkits.co.ke.
You must be able to enter a binding contract to order. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to place the order.
What we sell, and what “replica” means
Our jerseys are replica kits. They are not player-issue match kit and we do not present them as club-licensed merchandise. Where we offer both, the Fan Version is the comfortable regular-fit jersey most supporters want, and the Player Version is a closer, performance-focused cut inspired by professional match jerseys. Neither is a lesser product; they are different cuts at different prices, and the price shown is the one for the version you select.
Club names, crests, and competition names are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe which kit a product represents. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of any club or league.
Colours can differ slightly between your screen and the fabric, and between production batches. We photograph our own stock and do not retouch colours to flatter them.
Placing an order
Adding items to your cart is not an order. Your order exists when you complete checkout, and our acceptance of it is confirmed by the receipt we email you after payment succeeds.
We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund of anything paid — if an item is genuinely unavailable, if a price or stock error is obvious, if we cannot deliver to your area, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we do, we will tell you why.
Stock is shown per size and version. “Ready to ship” means we hold it; “made to order” means we source it for you once you order, which is slower but is why our range is not limited to what is sitting on a shelf.
Prices, printing fees and delivery charges
All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES). The price you pay is the total calculated at checkout — jerseys, any printing fee, and delivery — and it is shown in full before you pay.
Printing is charged per jersey by what you ask for: name only, number only, or name and number. Delivery is charged by the option you choose. All of these are calculated on our server at the moment you check out, not in your browser, so the amount you are asked to pay is always the amount we actually quoted.
We can change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed and paid for.
Payment
We take payment by M-Pesa. At checkout we send an STK prompt to your phone and you approve it with your M-Pesa PIN. If the number paying is not your delivery number, you can nominate the payer’s M-Pesa number at checkout — make sure whoever holds that line is expecting the prompt.
We never see or store your M-Pesa PIN. If a prompt does not arrive or cannot be completed, we may offer an alternative payment link to finish the same order.
Your order is only confirmed once payment is confirmed to us by the payment provider. An order left unpaid is not reserved, and its stock stays available to other customers.
If money leaves your account but your order does not confirm, email us with your M-Pesa message and we will trace it and either complete the order or refund you.
Name and number printing
This is the part to read twice, because it is the one that cannot be undone.
- A name may be up to 12 characters and a number up to 2 digits.
- We print exactly what you type, in the lettering style you pick. The preview at checkout is what we print from, so check the spelling there — a typo we faithfully reproduce is not a fault we can refund.
- We may refuse to print anything unlawful, hateful, obscene, or that infringes someone else’s rights. If we refuse, we will contact you to change it or refund you in full.
- Personalised jerseys add roughly 1–2 days for printing, and they are made for you alone — see returns below.
Delivery
We deliver across Kenya to the areas listed in the checkout dropdown.
- Ready to ship — typically 1–3 days.
- Made to order — typically 6–8 days, since we source the kit specifically for your order.
- Custom printing — add roughly 1–2 days.
These are working estimates in good faith, not guarantees. Couriers, weather and public holidays affect them, and we will tell you if something slips.
Please give us a landmark or a delivery note if your address is not a formal street address — it is usually what makes the difference between a delivery arriving and a rider calling you lost. If a delivery fails because the address or phone number given was wrong, or nobody was reachable, a re-delivery may be chargeable.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address or person you nominated.
Returns, faults and refunds
Personalised jerseys are non-returnable and non-refundable. A jersey printed with your chosen name or number cannot be resold to anyone else, which is the reason for this rule rather than an arbitrary policy.
Standard, non-personalised jerseys can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags attached. Return delivery is at your cost unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Faulty or wrong items — always covered. Nothing above limits your rights under Kenyan consumer law. If a jersey arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered — personalised or not — tell us within a reasonable time with a photo, and we will replace it, correct it, or refund you. Manufacturing faults are our problem; wear and tear, washing contrary to the care instructions, and damage after delivery are not.
Approved refunds go back to the M-Pesa number that paid, and we will confirm when the reversal has been sent.
To start any of this, email support@lumacraftkits.co.ke with your order number.
Using this website
The site, our photography, our written content and our branding belong to us. Please do not copy them for commercial use, scrape the site, attempt to bypass its security, interfere with other people’s use of it, or use it to place fraudulent orders.
Testing our security responsibly is welcome — see the security note in our Privacy Policy for how to report something you find.
Our responsibility to you
We take responsibility for getting your order right, and for loss we cause by failing to meet these terms or by lack of reasonable care.
We are not responsible for things outside our reasonable control — courier delays, network or M-Pesa outages, or events like strikes and severe weather. Except where the law says otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or missing the match you bought the kit for.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
If something goes wrong
Email us first — nearly everything is fixable that way, and we would rather sort it out directly than formally. If we cannot resolve it between us, these terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and the Kenyan courts have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you placed your order, so a later change cannot alter a deal you already made. Material changes get a new date at the top of this page.
